Zagreb, December 1, 2024 - For the first time in its history, Zagreb Airport (ZAG) recorded its 4 millionth passenger in a single year. This remarkable achievement highlights the airport’s consistent growth and its role as a major player in regional aviation and tourism. The milestone passenger was welcomed today at Zagreb Airport's passenger terminal, marking a significant milestone for the company.

We are glad that the 4-millionth passenger was recorded on one of our flights in a year in which we significantly expanded the network of international flights from Zagreb by introducing new seasonal routes to Berlin, Stockholm and Tirana, connecting MZL Zagreb with a total of 18 international destinations during the summer season. Croatia Airlines will continue to actively contribute to traffic results of Zagreb Airport by opening new routes in the following years, in accordance with the dynamics of the delivery of our new Airbus A220 aircrafts."
