1. Customs Validation of Your TAX FREE Form (Mandatory)
Before leaving the Republic of Croatia (EU), all TAX FREE forms must be validated by a Croatian Customs Officer.

2. TAX FREE Refund Processing at SonusArt Store (During Opening Hours)
After Customs validation, passengers traveling during store opening hours may complete the refund process at the SonusArt Shop.

3. Travelling Outside SonusArt Opening Hours
If you are departing outside the SonusArt store’s working hours, you can still submit your validated TAX FREE documents using one of the following methods:

- Submit via the Global Blue mobile app, or
- Place your Global Blue envelope in one of the official airport post mailboxes (Croatian Post mailboxes)
These options are suitable for passengers:
- departing outside 7am-9pm, or
- thopse who do not have time to wait for in‑store refund processing.

4. Where to Find Post Mailboxes at Zagreb Airport (For TAX FREE Envelopes)
Post mailboxes are located Landside, before security and boarding pass control:
- Departures - Level 2, Check‑in Area (next to the Customs Office)
- Arrivals - Ground Floor, Meet & Greet Area

- Customs validation is required before leaving Croatia/EU.
- VAT refunds cannot be processed after you depart from EU.
