At least 7 days prior to the event commencement, the client will:
- Undertake to obtain and maintain a valid comprehensive insurance policy (“Casco Insurance”) for any vehicle to be displayed at ZAG during the event. Such insurance shall cover any and all potential damages, theft, or loss of the client’s vehicle, regardless of cause. MZLZ shall not be held liable for any damages, loss, or theft of the vehicle or any other property displayed or stored within the Subject of lease.
- Undertake to conclude an insurance policy with an insurance company that will cover non-contractual liability for damages that third parties may suffer in connection with the Event. Specifically, the client must have a public event organizer's insurance policy in place for the specific event and a liability insurance policy, with the condition that the MZLZ is included as an additional insured on the public event organizer's insurance policy for the specific Event.
- Agree upon and sign an event Lease Agreement with MZLZ.
- Comply to the fact that all payments toward MZLZ will be upfront payments.
